Return Policy

To initiate a return for Damaged Goods received From, The Company Must Be Informed Within 2 working days from The Date of Delivery.

Steps to initiate a Return request :

1. Drop an email To with a photo & video of the Product explaining the concern / Issue.
2. You should expect a response on the status of your return ticket within 24-48 working Hrs.

Return Policy:

  • Product Damaged by The Customer Will Not Be Eligible for Return
  • In case of spillage or damage, the Refunds Will Only Be Processed once the Item Is Received by
  • Refunds Will Only Be Processed on the Original Receipt Issued by
  • Once the Returned Product Is Received, The Refund Will Be Made to The Original Payment Method Used by The Customer While Placing the Order or To the Customer’s Bank Account via the Bank Transfer Method.
  • All Other Costs Incurred for Shipping / Returns Will Be Borne by The Customer/ Distributor.*
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed online for prepaid shipments.
